Our Copyright Policy
TrigIPTV does not knowingly permit material that infringes copyright to be promoted through this website. Where we receive a valid notice about content we control, we act on it.
This website publishes general information about subscription plans and describes catalogue content by country and broad category. It does not publish individual channel names and does not provide instructions for accessing content without authorisation.
Reporting a Copyright Complaint
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe material available through this website infringes your copyright, send us a written notice using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
Please put "Copyright Notice" in the subject line so your message reaches the right person quickly.
What a Valid Notice Must Include
So we can act on your notice, it needs to contain all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you are reporting, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact details: name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the reported use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
How We Handle a Notice
We review every complete notice we receive. Where a notice concerns material we control and appears valid, we remove or disable access to that material.
We may forward your notice, including your contact details, to the party responsible for the material so they can respond.
Counter-Notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. It should identify the material and its previous location, include your contact details, and state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of a mistake.
The availability and effect of a counter-notification depend on the law that applies to you. The governing law for this website is [TO BE COMPLETED].
Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate service to anyone who repeatedly infringes the copyright of others.
