Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through one of the three forms on this website, plus limited technical information needed to keep those forms working.

• Contact form: your name, email address, country, subject, message and, if you provide it, a subscription or order ID.
• Subscription request form: your name, email address, country, chosen duration and connections, device and an optional message.
• Free trial form: your name, email address, country, device, preferred player or app and an optional message.
• Technical: a one-way hash of your IP address, used for rate limiting and spam prevention. The raw address is not stored.

Why We Use It

We use what you send us to answer your message, process your request, send you a confirmation and keep a record of the requests we have handled. We do not use it to build advertising profiles and we do not sell it.

Contact Form Submissions

A contact message is stored with the details you provided and emailed to our support inbox so a member of the team can reply. Your email address is used as the reply address.

Subscription Requests

A subscription request stores your selected duration and number of connections together with the price calculated on our server. The price is never taken from your browser, so it cannot be altered before it reaches us.

Free Trial Requests

A free trial request stores the details you enter so our team can reply with instructions suited to your device. It does not create an account or a payment obligation.

Country Information

The country you select is stored as a two-letter ISO country code. We use it to understand which catalogue and which language are relevant to your request. It is not derived from your location automatically — you choose it yourself.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it sets no cookie of its own to remember you between visits.

Analytics

Email Communication

Emails are sent through Google SMTP. Two messages may be generated by a submission: a notification to our own support inbox, and a confirmation to the address you provided. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Data Storage and Security

Submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database. Access is limited to the people who operate TrigIPTV. Traffic to this website is encrypted in transit, form submissions are size-limited and rate-limited, and IP addresses are hashed before storage.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Please do not send payment card details, passwords or identity documents through these forms.

Data Retention

Third-Party Services

This website relies on a hosting provider, a PostgreSQL database and Google SMTP for email delivery. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
